Welcome to Momio. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Momio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Momio is a photo and video sharing app for events. Users can create events, invite friends, and automatically share photos taken during the event.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Momio
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos and videos you upload
• By uploading content, you grant Momio a license to store and display it to event members
• You are responsible for the content you upload
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Momio offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features (Host tier):

• Momio Host (Yearly): $39.99/year with a 3-day free trial
• Momio Host (Weekend): $2.99/week

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with the app's functionality

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Disclaimer

Momio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
